Bio-
Wasn't part of the Young Justice League until her Brother (Don Allen) was aloud to join. But due to his blindness he wasn't accepted. Dawn began rescreach to cure blindness when she was 15 to help her brother's dreams come true. By the time they turned 18 Don had an operation, designed by her, which improved his sight. But he was still blind but could see the virbation of atoms creating the outline of objects. After that both joined the Young Justice League and became the Tornado Twins.
Dawn is very close with Speedy (Lian Harper) and Supergirl (Kara Kent).
